We are passionate about Permaculture. Our members are from all over the Hunter region and beyond. We are a diverse group – from Permaculture farmers on large rural properties, through to city-dwellers with balcony gardens.

We are a not-for-profit organisation, run by volunteers. We work in the community to help people understand how they can improve their lives and the ecologies around them.

Member meetings
We hold meetings every other month March through to November. These are hands-on: where we hear, see, and then do permaculture in the space we’re visiting. It’s educational, and social. We take time to exchange ideas and enjoy each others’ company over refreshments and a shared meal afterwards.

Our members also run a variety of other gatherings and events during the year that you’ll love: seasonal workshops, garden rambles, nature journaling, and tool maintenance days. There’s always something to look forward to.
